Chef Ciminera was the youngest recipient of the “Gross Bonnet” award in the history of the European American Culinary Council. Over the course of his career, Chef Ciminera has worked at a number of renowned restaurants, including Le Cirque, Les Celebrites, Le Petite Bijou, and Carmines. Chef Joe Ciminera began his career cooking under the direction of Master Chef Vincenzo Provino at Milan’s famous Hotel Venesia. Chef Joe Ciminera formerly hosted the cable television shows "Joseph Plays with Food" and "Eat at Joe's."
