Certified Executive Chef Joe Ciminera has built a reputation for creating dishes with unique and surprising flavor combinations. After graduating from culinary school with a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Joe Ciminera has become a young celebrity in the gourmet world, recently launching nationally syndicated television cooking program “Taste This T.V.!” Chef Joe Ciminera travels throughout the country finding top-quality organic food by visiting farmer’s markets, popular restaurants, wineries, and other interesting venues to discover the most exciting cooking methods and recipes. Prior to starting “Taste This T.V.!,” Chef Joe Ciminera cultivated a fan base with two local TV shows, “Joseph Plays with Food” and “Eat at Joe’s.” When he is not traveling the country in search of gourmet organic food, Chef Joe Ciminera campaigns against childhood obesity. After three years of research, Chef Joe Ciminera has put together a healthy seven-day meal plan for overweight children and recently announced the upcoming release of an instructional DVD available through his “Taste This T.V.!” website. Chef Joe Ciminera has also lent his talents to charities like the Diabetes Research Institute and the Friends of James Beard Benefit. Joe Ciminera is the youngest chef to receive the Gross Bonnet award from the European American Culinary Council, as well as the Certified Youngest Chef medallion from the American Culinary Federation. Fans of “Taste This T.V.!” can also follow Chef Joe Ciminera’s recipes in his cookbooks, “In the Weeds: A Chef’s Tales” and “Joseph Ciminera’s New American Cooking.” Chef Joe Ciminera operates “Taste This T.V.!” with the motto, “There are no rules in cooking.”
